We can remove powder paint from paint jigs and reclaim paint rejects in our large modern technology thermal oven.

The temperature in the oven is precisely controlled at all times,including the heat up and cool down temperatures and this process will not damage or bend thin mild steel panels.

The oven temperature is raised slowly and evenly to the exact point where powder paint is reduced to ash. Afterwards the components can be lightly blasted.

The oven size is 4.25 m L x 2.2 m W x 1.8 m H.

Our hours of work are 7.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to  Thursday, 7.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Friday and 7.30 p.m. to 7.30 a.m. (4 x nightshift)  Monday to Thursday thus enabling us to provide an excellent turnaround.
